You can even have access to your property information 24/7 via our exclusive online service and get rent monies deposited straight into your bank account as soon as its paid instead of waiting to the end of the month and the government earning interest on your money instead of it being in your pocket.

Our property managers are only a phone call or an email away – whatever time of day.  We also have an after-hours mobile service available to handle any emergencies promptly, providing your tenants with a quick, easy, seven-day-a-week service.

We also set ourselves response targets for all forms of communication:

Telephone messages – 1 business day Email – 1 business day Facsimile – 2 business days Mail – 4 business days.We also provide follow-up calls to all enquiries or issues.

We guarantee to keep all appointments and arrive no later than the time specified in the appointment. Should circumstances beyond our control prevent us from keeping an appointment, we will always contact you beforehand.

We guarantee to process all fully completed applications for tenancy within two business day.  All references are thoroughly checked including the tenancy database and 100 point identification checks. Once we have all the relevant applicant details, we will seek your approval to lease the property – you always have the final say!
